Case 2 — Clinic B

System: CT Aquilion Lightning

Point

  • Special extraction through a window only 1.5 m high
  • Laid the system on its side at 90°, removed the window frame, and completed removal

Even when standard routes were blocked, exterior extraction was completed by removing the frame and changing the orientation.

Work sequence

  1. STEP 01

    Before removal

    Aquilion Lightning at Clinic B. Standard doorways were not usable, so we planned exterior extraction via the window.

  2. STEP 02

    Remove frame, tilt gantry 90°

    The window frame was removed and the gantry laid on its side at 90° to match the limited opening.

  3. STEP 03

    Clear the window and move outside

    The system cleared the window height and was moved outdoors, stabilized by crane and guide ropes.

    Lowered to ground — complete

    The system was lowered to ground level and removal was completed.
