Warehouse & logistics

In-house warehouse and logistics management

From the site through warehouse storage, packing, and vessel loading. This in-house facility is how we keep large systems such as MRI and CT in good condition—and on schedule.

Own Warehouse

Why our own warehouse

The condition of pre-owned large medical systems changes with how they are stored. Installation conditions, access routes, and packing specifications directly affect lead time and quality—so we do not hand them off to a third-party warehouse. We inspect, handle, and ship them ourselves.

  • Storage flow designed for large systems
  • Cleaning, inspection, and re-packing in one place
  • Traceable handover for domestic deliveries and overseas buyers
  • Crane work and container loading planned in-house

Key pillars

Receiving & inventory

We record model, serial number, and condition, manage storage locations, and pick according to outbound instructions to prevent duplicate shipments or misdelivery.

Removal & packing

We work with experienced partners at hospital and clinic sites, arranging cranes, low-bed trucks, and packing for ocean containers as required.

Export workflow

In line with licensed transaction procedures, we support logistics planning including documents, packing marks, and insurance. We select ocean or air freight to meet target dates.

How we work

After on-site removal, equipment is received, inspected, packed, loaded into containers, and shipped under our own workflow. The photos show actual operations.

Receiving and inspection

Inbound systems are accepted and checked for condition and quantity. From large systems to peripherals, this is the starting point before dispatch.

Packing

Timber crates, barrier packing, and pallets are prepared for the mode of transport—built to withstand ocean freight or air freight.

Vanning (container loading)

Work proceeds from container checks through crane loading to door closing and sealing. This on-site step is what secures export quality.

Outbound shipment and air freight

Domestic truck dispatch and air-freight loading are both handled here. The mode of transport is selected to match the deadline.

MRI Magnet

Magnet cooling

MRI magnet cooling methods and lead times vary with ocean versus air freight. Air freight may prioritize a shorter cool-down; ocean freight may prioritize a stable cooling routine. Each project is planned individually.

Days and costs vary widely by magnet, field strength, origin, and route. We propose options after discussing your requirements via the contact form.
