Case 1 — Clinic A

Point

Special extraction using a Rotation Tool (tilt fixture)
Exit door opening was lower than the magnet height

Sourced a Rotation Tool from overseas and completed removal by tilting the magnet.

Work sequence

STEP 01
Before removal

Achieva 1.5T at Clinic A. With a 2,100 mm door opening, we planned a special extraction using a Rotation Tool.
STEP 02
Fitting the Rotation Tool

With the Rotation Tool attached, the magnet was tilted to create a clearance angle for the restricted opening.
STEP 03
Clearing the door height

Tilting cleared the 2,100 mm door opening height and made magnet extraction possible.
STEP 04
Crane lift and completion

The magnet was crane-lifted from a tight space between buildings and removed successfully.
